Lynn M. Bagley is an associate at Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. and practices from the Fort Lauderdale office. Her areas of practice include automobile liability, general liability, medical malpractice, premises liability, assisted living facilities and nursing home defense litigation.
Ms. Bagley earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Florida International University in 1992. She was awarded a Juris Doctor degree from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University in 1997 and a Master of Science degree in Dispute Resolution from Nova Southeastern University in 1998. As part of her studies in the Dispute Resolution program, Ms. Bagley conducted and participated in the mediation of various matters.
Prior to joining Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., she was an associate with Ritter Chusid Bivona & Cohen, LLP in Boca Raton, Florida where she handled the defense of complex liability matters. After law school, Ms. Bagley joined the Office of the State Attorney for the 17th Judicial Circuit in Broward County, Florida where she conducted numerous jury trials as well as non-jury trials. She later practiced in West Palm Beach with the Law Offices of Vivian M. Knapp, P.A. where she represented various insurance companies in the defense of general and complex liability matters.
Ms. Bagley has lectured on various topics regarding the successful defense of Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Facilities for the Florida Health Care Association, the Florida Assisted Living Association, and Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center.
Ms. Bagley is a member of Broward County Bar Association and the Florida Bar. She is admitted to practice law in Florida and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
