NICHOLE M. BIBICOFF

Nichole M. Bibicoff is an associate in the Tampa office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Her areas of practice include premises liability, products liability, insurance defense, medical malpractice and nursing home defense.
A graduate of Syracuse University at Syracuse, New York, in May 1998 she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and psychology. Ms. Bibicoff earned her Juris Doctor cum laude from Stetson University College of Law at St. Petersburg, Florida in 2008. While in law school, she was a teaching assistant of pre-trial practice. She was a member of Phi Delta Phi, and the Florida Association of Women Lawyers (FAWL), and a student member of the American Bar Association.
Ms. Bibicoff is the recipient of the Victor O. Wehle Award, and the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award. She is included in Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges.
Previously, Ms. Bibicoff was a certified legal intern at the Office of the State Attorney in the Sixth Judicial Circuit, where she conducted the prosecution of juvenile defendants, argued motions and assisted with trial preparations. She was also a law clerk at Alley Clark Greiwe & Fulmer in Tampa, Fla., where she assisted with the prosecution of products liability and medical malpractice claims. Ms. Bibicoff served as a legal intern to the Honorable Judge Kovachevich of the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida; her responsibilities included reviewing motions, researching case law, and drafting an opinion involving a habeas appeal.
Ms. Bibicoff is licensed to practice law in Florida. She is a member of The Florida Bar, the American Bar Association and the Young Lawyers Division.
