Thomas S. Dolney is an attorney at law in the Orlando office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. He focuses his practice in the areas of general civil litigation, medical malpractice, and long-term care defense.
Mr. Dolney earned a Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude in political science from the University of Florida in 2004. He received his Juris Doctor in December 2006 from the Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida.
During law school, Mr. Dolney worked as a Certified Legal Intern in the Predatory Lending Unit at the Jacksonville Area Legal Aid, Inc., was a member of the Entertainment Law Association and served as a first year mentor. While at the University of Florida, Mr. Dolney interned at the Alachua County Eighth Judicial Circuit and volunteered as a Guardian Ad Litem.
Prior to joining Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer in 2008, Mr. Dolney was an associate with Bray & Lunsford, P.A. in Jacksonville, FL focusing in commercial litigation and creditor's rights.
Mr. Dolney is licensed to practice law in Florida. He is a member of The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division and the Jacksonville Bar Association.
