Neil M. Khan is a partner at Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. and practices from the firm's Miami office. His practice areas include general civil and commercial litigation, premise liability, property damage litigation, and first party insurance defense.
Before earning his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School in 2002, Mr. Khan earned both a Master and Bachelor of Arts in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
After graduating from New York Law School, Mr. Khan moved to Miami and first practiced law as an Assistant State Attorney for Miami Dade County. As an Assistant State Attorney, Mr. Khan successfully tried numerous jury and bench trials, ranging from misdemeanor crimes, traffic, juvenile, and third and second degree felonies.
Since leaving the State Attorney's office, Mr. Khan has represented numerous companies in the area of first party property insurance defense. Mr. Khan has also represented insurance companies in the areas of bodily and personal injury cases.
Mr. Khan is a member of The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division and is admitted to practice in the state of Florida, and the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Khan has also presented oral arguments in front of the U.S. District Court of the Southern
District of Florida.
