Harold S. Stevens is the managing partner of the Ft. Lauderdale office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. As an insurance defense trial lawyer for over 30 years, he has tried to verdict a significant number of jury and non-jury trials throughout the State of Florida involving general liability and insurance defense matters. Additionally, Mr. Stevens has defended a myriad of other cases in the areas of construction defect litigation, premises liability, negligent security, product liability, liquor liability, insurance agents E&O, automobile and trucking liability, insurance law and coverage, medical malpractice, and nursing home defense litigation.

A graduate of Temple University, in 1971 Mr. Stevens received his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and in 1975 earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law.

Mr. Stevens is admitted to practice in Florida, Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia. He is licensed to practice law in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, United States Court of Appeals 11th Circuit, and the United States Court of Appeals 5th Circuit.

Mr. Stevens is a former Lemon Law Arbitrator in the State of Florida and Managing Attorney of a Staff Counsel office. Mr. Stevens is a member of the Broward County Bar Association, Palm Beach County Bar Association, and the Florida Defense Lawyers Association.
